Shiitake & Tofu Laab
Laab is one of my favourite meals for summer. It’s pungent seasonings and fresh herbs make the dish ridiculously delish.. but I had never had a plant based laab before making this one. The use of tofu and shiitake bring a meatiness to the dish, still keeping it light and adding even more flavour into the mix. This is definitely my new favourite laab.
Recipe-less Pounded Fried Chicken Thigh
I don’t know any meat eaters that don’t like fried chicken. Making it at home is a TASK, that’s why I made this seriously quick ( 5 minute cook time) and simple ‘recipe’ so satiate your fried chicken needs. As goes with recipe-less, no measurements are needed, and you can go as wild or reserved as you want.
