Recipe-less Cheat’s Horchata
Horchata is a plant based milk drink most known to be from Mexico, but it does exist in many parts of the world. This recipe is based on the popular Mexican/Guatemalan version, predominantly made from rice, cinnamon and sometimes vanilla.
This recipe is both a ‘recipe-less’ and a ‘cheat’s’ '- it’s a shortcut version of the authentic recipes, really quick and easy to make, as well as customisable. No quantities are given for the ingredients in this recipe, as you should rely on your taste; if you like it sweeter, add more sweetener, if you want it more diluted, add more milk….
